Piezometer

A piezometer is a device used to measure liquid pressure in a system by measuring the height to which a column of the liquid rises against gravity, or a device which measures the pressure (more precisely, the piezometric head) of groundwater at a specific point.

Flow Meter

Flow Water Meter is a device to measure the completed volume of rainwater harvesting through the filter modules installed.

Rainwater is the ultimate source of all the fresh water that we use. In India, rainfall occurs in short periods of high intensity, allowing the rain falling on the surface to flow away fast. This leaves little scope for recharging the groundwater, which results in water scarcity in most parts of the country. Through RWH, this erratic rainfall can be conserved, stored & used as per convenience, either directly or for recharging groundwater.
The traditional water management system is getting gradually destroyed due to modernization and urbanization. The water table in some areas is still quite low in the range of 40-60 meters below ground level.
Ground water is very deep and is depleting day by day by extraction of water from bore wells. Due to depletion of ground water effective water management is very important. Rainwater harvesting by recharging bore wells and collecting Rainwater for reuse purpose are economic ways of replenishing water losses and rejuvenating bore wells for meeting increasing water demand.
